What if my email address is invalid?
Ensure your email format is correct (e.g., name@domain.com). Alternatively, use your Order Number or a Payment Screenshot to cancel or refund.
Why can't I claim my Member benefits?
Member benefits are only available after a successful payment. They cannot be claimed if you cancel or refund.
Why is my refund amount lower than expected?
If you have already claimed a Member benefit, its value is deducted from the refund amount. You will receive the remaining balance.
Where is my refund?
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 24 hours. If you haven't received it by then, please contact: cs@cfun.ai
How do I check if I'm unsubscribed?
Check your status here: https://h5.cfun.ai/unsubscribe. You can also search your email for a cancellation confirmation.
Why is my Order Number invalid?
CFun.ai order numbers are 24 digits starting with 67, 68, or 69. Please check the screenshot guide for help finding yours.
Why was I charged?
Charges are for CFun.ai Premium short dramas and games. You agreed to the terms during our promotional trial event.
